Argentina economy is likely to be weaker in 2019 than expected
Argentina is expected to have a contraction of 0.6% in 2019, the central bank said on Thursday.
The country’s economy contracted by 0.1% in the year to March, which was its biggest in a decade.
It had contracted by 2.3% in 2016 and 4.7% in 2015.
Economists had forecast the economy would grow by 0% in 2018.
