WHAT: Regular meeting of the Muskogee Public Works and Finance committees.

• Approval of Public Works Committee minutes of July 16, 2018.

• Approval of awarding the construction contract to the low bidder, APAC Central, for the Mill and Overlay 2018 Project in the amount of $268,540.00.

• Approval of a Pipeline License (#18-60429) between BNF Railway Company and the City of Muskogee.

• Approval of awarding the Airport Long-Term Parking Lot Construction project to J.E. DirtWurx in the amount of $79,860.00, as approved by the Airport Board.

• Ratification of the Roxy Theater Community Trust, as approved by the Trustees at their special call meeting held on July 27, 2018.

• Approval of the reappointment of Alice Smith to serve a three (3) year term on the Muskogee Housing Authority Board, ending on June 30, 2021.

• Approval of the appointment of Rev. Leroy Walker to serve a five (5) year term on the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center Trust Authority beginning August 14, 2018 and ending on July 31, 2023.



• Approval of Finance Committee minutes of July 16, 2018.

• Approval of claims for all city departments July 11, 2018 through August 1, 2018.

• Approval of the purchase of two M6-131DTC-F Kubota 4WD Cab Tractors from Kubota/Stewart Martin in the total amount of $149,436.00 per state contract.

• Approval to make application for the 2018 Justice Assistance Grant, as well as enter into an agreement between the City of Muskogee and the Board of Commissioners of Muskogee County for the disbursement of the funds, with the City receiving an allocation of $18,290.50 and the County receiving an allocation of $18,290.50, for a total reward amount of $36,581.00.

• Approval to renew the Funding Agreement for the Local, State and Sovereign Government Entities to Provide Service between the City and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality for a program called the Elysium Project.
